I am the original owner. RV is in great shape. I can show you every known issue with this RV, everything is minor (ex, black tank sensor isn't accurate). Kept under 3 side covered storage. No fading. Tires new, only 1 trip (300 miles) since I replaced them. Has 2 AC's, 15K BTU each. This was the last year model that had propane/electric fridge. In 2022, the supply chain bogged down and Grand Design stopping putting them in due to availabillity, now they only use electric.

Great family RV.

This is a very light weight RV for the size. The hitch weight is only 600 lbs. That's nothing! I EASILY towed this with my half-ton Ram 1500. I recently purchased a Ram 3500 and now I am upgrading to a 5th wheel.
