We are selling our very well maintained Newmar Canyon Star 3921. 47,xxx miles. We are the second owners bought it when it was approximately 1 year old from the owner whose husband had sadly passed away. It has always been stored inside when not in use and it shows. I’m a big believer in preventative maintenance and it’s always ready to go. The only known issue that I haven’t fixed yet is one of the drivers side front left window is starting to fog a little bit. It’s a fairly common with duel pane windows. There are several places throughout the country that can fix for approximately 500 dollars. I replaced the on demand water heater with an upgraded version and it’s really nice maintains a perfect temperature. Tires were replaced in 2021. Roof was resealed in 2019. New microwave/convection oven.  I had the ford chassis AC compressor replaced in 2021. All the interior looks great. Most Newmar’s built around these years had flaking issues the only spot we have is on the back of the drivers seat where it hits the slide when driving. It has the upgraded 13.5M Penguin Heat pumps/AC’s. Residential refrigerator with newer lifeline AGM batteries. 7000 Onan generator. Traveler dish on the roof and set up for Dish hopper full HD separate receivers for front and back. Safety steer system and Snap Pads installed.
