Like new condition. Purchased in September 2022 and has only been out about six trips (mostly local weekends and one trip to Colorado). I towed it easily with a 1/2 ton Chevy Silverado with 5.3L gas engine. 2 years of remaining extended warranty is transferrable. Very roomy layout with lots of storage space, including the customary two closets and drawers either side of the bed as well as another closet and two drawers opposite the bed. Great outdoor kitchen with small fridge and two burner griddle. Equipped with roof-top solar panel and controller, tank-less hot water heater and electric fireplace. Prepped for backup camera and tire pressure monitor. Has a nice desk area for anyone needing workspace while traveling. It has a 40' TCL smart TV with built-in Roku that retracts into the cabinet to allow more counter space when not in use. It has a 22 ft. powered awning plus slide toppers on both slides. It has the long-lasting Goodyear Endurance tires.
