This unit is very clean, it has been stored indoors, protecting it from the weather. No one has smoked in this unit. Up Grades: Majority of your Travel Trailers come from the factory with cheap tires from China. We replaced the original tires with Good Year Endurance tires. These are best trailer tires on the market and have less than 200 miles on them. The cost was $1500.00. We added a 4-point Sway Control Hitch. $800.00. This makes the trailer tow like a well trained pup on a leash. We added a rear wireless camera, Monitor, to assist with backing up, or just to check behind the camper driving down the road.
