The dry weight is only 6300 lbs with a payload capacity of 3148 lbs. It will sleep up to 10 people. I am selling it because I am looking to downsize as it is just my wife and I now. It tows great with my Ram 1500 Hemi. It has power stabilizers front and rear and the tongue jack is power. It has 50 amp service. It has 2 ducted A/Cs: one 15000 btu and 13500 btu. It also has an electric fireplace with remote and tv with radio sound bar. I have added a rear camera with the monitor in the cab to see what is behind you when towing and helps when backing up. The water heater is 10 gal and works on electricity or propane. The weight distribution hitch with anti-sway is also included. There is a spare tire mounted on the back bumper.
