Van Life!
Used Class B RV, in very good condition. 148,500 mi. Just made its third trip from Minnesota to Florida since I purchased the van. It passed a detailed maintenance check prior to the drive down with no codes.
Gas heater, air conditioning, microwave, refrigerator, and several other amenities in good working order. Water heater is not connected/working at this time, but I have an extra set of replacement parts. I just haven't bothered with it since I usually stay in a campground. Generator is intact, but could use a tune-up. The biggest issue is rust on the left rear quarter panel, that should be repaired in the next year or two. Either fix and keep, or flip it and double your investment. King size bed converts into a dinette or two twin beds. Runs very well on a 3500 Dodge Ram platform. High pressure tires have less than 15K miles on them. Previous owner upgraded the suspension. Rides very well at highway speeds. Great records and manuals.  218-Five-Three-Six-0834 Please text only.
