Great overal condition. However the slide with kitchen counter and stove had a tree limb puncture in the roof which unknowingly leaked.  The floor of that slide needs replaced and the price reflects that.   fully loaded  upgraded Queen bed, electric fireplace, auto leveling system ($3,000 upgrade). 2 awnings,  upgraded steps, large pantry, lots of storage, second air conditioner in bedroom, outdoor stove and fridge
