For a six year old trailer, this Clipper is in very good condition. And, as small as it is (21 feet), it will still sleep six! The bunk beds are what makes that possible.

It's also light enough that most small pickups and midsize SUV models can handle it easily (the gross weight, which is fully loaded, is only 3626 pounds). 

And, it's a good brand name...Coachmen is one of the larger manufacturers. This little guy even has a powered awning!

Just look at the photos! There's lots of cabinet space. The kitchen is small, but efficiently configured. The air conditioner is mounted on the roof (some of the smaller trailers have the A/C mounted in the wall). Even the bathroom is unusual, since the shower also has a tub! 

And, the price is very low, almost an impulse buy!
