2017 Dutchman Voltage Epic 3970 This unit is 4 seasons and comes with everything you need to live full time. We lived in this unit for 8 months, from the hottest part of the summer through the coldest part of the winter, and it became our home. You will not miss living in a house with this unit. A few key features are: granite counter tops in the kitchen, a full bath with a shower AND bathtub, a combo washer/dryer, leather couches, a king size bed, 4 TVs, a radio, and surround sound. The generator works as it should as do all of the other appliances. It comes with everything you need to boondock for a solid week. Comes with 2 30 lbs propane tanks and 1 100 lbs propane tank. We also have custom window inserts for temperature control, especially for winter. The furnace was just serviced, and the unit has been maintained by a certified RV tech. The unit has auto leveling with 6 jacks and is very stable. The garage is just over 11ft long and can be used as a bunkhouse/ dining room and the back folds down and becomes a patio with an awning. And finally it has 2 25 gallon fuel tanks that are both FULL so they're worth their weight in gold :). We will also include a hitch and everything you need to get started i.e. tubes and fitings. Now for the bad news, the awnings were damaged in a pop up storm. one of them is gone and the other is missing an arm but the awning itself is intact. The 3rd awning was not damaged. We have taken $5,000 out of the asking price for this reason.
