Out of state residents are required to pay sales tax to their state. The only other addition to consider is if your tow vehicle needs anything for proper and safe towing (e.g. a hitch). Your tow vehicle may be required to have a brake controller by state law, as well (GA state law requires a brake controller on anything over 3,000 lbs).
