Oversized 2 car Garage 30ft X 40 ft serves as the maintainance and Equipment Bldg.  The owners house consists of 2 Bedrooms, 1 1/2 Baths and beautiful views of Harrington bay.
Included are 2 Tractors, Kubota and John Deere, 2 Cub Cadet Mowers and several small implements necessary to maintain the well manicured grounds.
