We bought this place in Nov 2020 and have been remodeling it for the past 9 months and we're about 90% finished, but then my husband got sick. So if you have been looking for a real money maker, this one is it. We have done most of the work but due to our health we need to sell. Our loss is your gain. I have other airbnb's in the area and have a track record of the market. My opinion is this place should have at least $100,000 in gross income in 2022.
