Somewhere RV Park has 28 full time spots and 6 pull through's. It's a very nice, quiet and quaint park. It has a club house for the resident's with washers, dryers, bathroom and shower and a sitting area. It has an office with an apartment and a huge garage with 2 overhead doors. It also has 2 small building's. One is a work out room and the other one has a restroom with shower for the pull through customer's. I bought it a year and half ago and I will be taking a huge loss but I live over 2 hours away so it's hard for me to operate it being so far away. I do have a manager and he's doing an excellent job but It really needs owner/operator or you need to be close to manage it to be lucrative and successful.
