Full utility hook-ups for this lot. For some communities, rent partially includes water & sewer, all other utilities are tenant responsibility. More info on utilities will be given upon discussing intererest in lots.

Monthly lot rent for these lots will be $550 per month.

We do have a standard on the conditions of RV’s. Please have photos of all four sides of your RV ready to go for review.

We allow pets, max 2 pets per home and 40 pounds or under for each.
