Full utility hook-ups for all lots. For some communities, rent partially includes water & sewer, all other utilities are tenant responsibility. More info on utilities will be given upon discussing interest in lots.

Monthly lot rent for this lot will be $600 per month.

We do have a standard on the conditions of RVs. Please send photos of your RV to the property manager before submitting an application.

We allow pets, max 2 pets per home and 40 pounds or under for each.
