All renters have to be 40 years, have a Class A motor coach, and want to stay 3 months. Owner pays for water, sewer, trash pickup and first $100 of utility usage. Renter is responsible for Internet (available free at Club House), TV cable service, phone, and their forwarding mail service. First and last month’s rent are due at signing lease. All of this on a first come first served basis. Price reduction for annual contract.
