Deer Creek is a gated community located about 20 minutes from Disney, close enough to hear fireworks at night. It is a great place to live, offering golf, swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis / pickle ball courts, shuffleboards, club houses, Tiki Bar, crafts, and any number of other activities at our all-star resort. A golf cart is included allowing you to play on the Resort’s executive 18 hole golf course, socialize, visit the nearby malls, or just cruise around the neighborhoods.
Concrete pavers allow plenty of room for easy access and parking your RV, automobiles, motorcycles, bicycles, tow dolly, enclosed trailer, etc. Also, a small casita with shower, toilet, sink, washer, dryer, storage, and work table is included.
All renters have to be 40 years, have a Class A motor coach, no more than two friendly dogs or cats, and zero children. We pay for water, sewer, and trash pickup. Renter is responsible for Electrical Power, Internet (available free at Club House), Cable Service, Phone, TV, and any other needed services. Your first month’s rent plus $300 security deposit are due at lease signing, which is required prior to move in.
In nearby Orlando, you can enjoy all the amusement parks, fine dining, attractions, and shopping. Both east and west coastal areas are about an hour away with beaches, sporting events, points of interest, deep sea fishing, etc. An annual contract is available at reduced rate, all stays on a first come first served basis.
