Description
Motivated Seller! Are you looking for a unique travel trailer that looks more like a cozy vacation home than a typical RV? Then this customized toy hauler is for you! The star of the show is the rear fold-down patio deck with locking French doors and a rigid roof. Large holding tanks, an ample 1325 watt solar setup with lithium batteries, and a portable generator make it easy for two people to boondock off grid for a week or more. The living room couch pulls out to a comfortable queen-sized bed, making the total sleeping capacity up to 4 people. Many other amenities have been added for maximum comfort and convenience such as a dishwasher, whole house and RO water filtration, upgraded tank monitoring, water softener, and more! A ProPride hitch (2 1/2 inch receiver), a tire pressure monitoring system, and Center Point airbags make towing this trailer smooth and comfortable. At camp, a LevelMatePro leveling assistant makes setup a breeze. Plus, we are throwing in a Garmin RV780MT GPS that will navigate you exclusively on RV-friendly routes. With so many residential-style upgrades, this unit is perfect for full-time RV travel or even just weekend glamping. We have the clean title in hand.

Disclosures:
Since we customized this RV, there are certain stock characteristics that have been changed:
- We removed the exterior branding decals.
- Storing motorized "toys" such as motorcycles, atvs, etc. in the trailer is no longer practical.
- There are no outdoor speakers.
- Curbside exterior pass-through door has been blocked off in order to expand bedroom closet.
- Water is drawn from the fresh water tank. External city water hookup would need to be re-plumbed (or water softener and whole-house filters would need to be removed) if you want to hook up directly to city water.
- The roof-top TV antenna was removed to make room for solar panels.
- Internal satellite and cable connections are not available.
- Original cabinet configurations have been altered for improved functional storage.
Some items that are worn or have had modifications (exclusive of original build customizations):
- There is a bubble in the thin plastic skin of the inside (top) surface of the deck. The outer fiberglass skin is unaffected.
- Vinyl flooring in kitchen has a worn patch. We have several planks of spare flooring available for plank replacement.
- The TV lift is flaky. It works, but needs to be reset every time you use it.
- Shower floor was repaired after it cracked. There is a visible repair patch.
- One of the refrigerator door shelves has cracked and has been visibly repaired.
- One of the lithium batteries had an external balance circuit installed because the internal one was not working properly.
- Repairs/modifications have been made to the Pro-pride hitch.
