We are the second owners of this well maintained trailer that was purchased in 2020. Lance is legendary for lightweight, all-season-ready build quality (aluminum frame, Azdel composite walls, real wood cabinetry). This specific floor plan is a favorite because of the dual entry doors, the rare and comfortable living room couch setup, and a spacious rear kitchen that is accessible when slide is in. It includes a private shower and toilet room, backup camera, solar panel, automatic full length awning, 1 year old electric tongue jack, and the heavy duty hitch with weight distribution bars. AC, Furnace, Oven, stove, Fridge, slide out, thermostat, outdoor shower, electrical, water, plumbing, all in working order, no leaks, some minor cosmetics as it is 10 years old. One known problem is two bedroom shades not operating properly. We use tension bars that work fine. All other shades work fine. Will include in the purchase things that make it ready to camp, sewer hoses and connections, BBQ, 2 propane tanks, electric cable and adapters. Willing to negotiate a Honda U1000 generator. Clean title in hand, cash or cashiers checks only will finalize sale at local bank. No Trades.
