We have loved this 5th wheel but we are upgrading to something larger. You really have to see it to appreciate it. Immaculately maintained and clean. Everything works!! (Appliances, locks, double shades, lights, ect) REALLY GREAT condition. Has a polar package, solar panels, duel batteries, combo entry lock. Will come with 2 TVs (LR, Bed). We bought it in 2008 and if anything ever broke we replaced it immediately. All maintenence done on a regular basis, including the bearings. Handy laundry hatch leads to the pass through "garage". Outdoor shower. Fantastik fan in the LR. CD/DVD player/Radio. Carpet is in really good shape as we used throw rugs over the original.
Sofa folds out to a bed w/mattress in place. Table makes into a bed.
I have every manual (including the original. owners manual) for everything inside the unit. Has a fairly new awning.
28 feet - 1 slide. We only used it for camping a few weekends a year. No live in, but it is in such good shape someone could.
For an appointment to see it send a message.... Serious inquiries only please!!!
