ADVANTAGES:
1) For Sale by Owner: The price is the price. No Taxes or registration fees collected. No Doc fee. No freight charges, dealer add-ons, packs, or other surprises.
2) Stock 13.5K BTU AC has been replaced with a Furrion 18K BTU Chill Cube variable speed unit for use in hot Arizona summers. ($1350) The 18K Chill Cube provides a 33% cooling boost. It also turns on in soft-start mode in case you ever want to use a generator. Once the trailer cools down, the compressor and fan run on low speed for ease of conversation and quiet sleeping and uses about 5 watts. If you think this isnt important, be sure and hook up any other new or used unit and listen to the racket the OEM system makes. It will wake you up at night when it kicks on at 100% and the silence will wake you back up again when it kicks off. The chill cube fan runs constantly on the quiet low speed setting and the compressor is barely audible as it starts and stops to maintain the set temperature. And it has a remote!
3) Dual batteries and two full propane tanks.
4) Many extra hooks for garments and to suspend an electric space heater when hooked up to Park power.
5) 110V outlet with USB ports located under the Dinette. Stock units have none.
6) The RV queen mattress has been replaced with a longer regular queen memory foam bed with the plywood bed frame extended and reinforced so you can sit comfortable on the end of the bed without the mattress sagging and your sheets will stay tucked in better. The OEM RV queen mattress in new and other used units extends several inches beyond the bed frame so it will sag when sat on the end and your sheets wont tuck in very well either.

Possible Disadvantages:
1)The privacy curtain and curtain track were removed. We liked it better this way. The filled screw holes can be visible on close inspection.
2) The arm support on one of the dinette sides has a small fabric abrasion. -see photo.
3) The doorway into the bathroom has a small abrasion. -see photo
4) Three of the aluminum vanes in the kitchen blind are slightly bent. -see photo.

You will need a 2 trailer ball hitch or can buy our Curt TruTrack 2 receiver anti-sway load distribution hitch and I will install it. The anti-sway makes towing much safer especially on windy days above 65mph. The top of the trailer ball should be about 26.5 high (unloaded). Ball height will drop 1.5 2 as the load is applied. Your rig must have a 7 pin connector with a built in trailer brake controller or must purchase a wireless add-on controller, like the Curt Echo mobile, which will work fine. Of course, you will need all the other camping items: Drinking water hose, sewer hose and connections, black tank treatment, RV toilet paper, etc.
