2019 Newmar Mountain Aire 4543 $299,500

Were selling our 2019 Newmar Mountain Aire 4543 with 63,000 miles. This coach is in excellent condition, has been meticulously maintained, garage kept.

Were getting ready to start construction on our retirement home, and we know the building process will keep us busy and leave us with little time to enjoy the RV. Weve loved our time traveling and camping in this coach and hope to find someone who will enjoy it as much as we have.

Features and highlights:
- Cummins 500 HP ISX12 diesel engine
- 3 slides, including a full-wall slide in the living room and separate slides in the kitchen and bedroom
- Bath-and-a-half floor plan
- Residential refrigerator
- Washer and dryer
- Starlink Gen 4 and Pepwave RV router
- TST 507 RV tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) with color screen
- New house batteries
- 980 generator hours
- Exterior refrigerator

Meticulously maintained, including regular oil changes, fuel and air filter changes, annual Oasis service, and generator service. The engine, generator, and Oasis system have all been recently serviced.

The living room is currently set up with a fireplace console, reclining captains chairs, and a queen-size sleeper sofa. We also have the alternative furniture pieces available and can make changes to the layout based on the buyers preference.

We started RVing with our large family and made changes over the years as our familys needs evolved. The living room can be configured with:
- A dinette in place of the queen-size sleeper sofa
- A jackknife couch in place of the fireplace console

Were happy to work with the buyer to create the living room setup that best fits their needs.

Asking price: $299,500.
