We just got back from a camping trip to Alabama and have decided it's time to part ways with our camper (Keystone Summerland 2670BH).

The good: This camper combines half-ton towability with significant structural, mechanical, and aesthetic upgradesincluding brand-new tires (Sept. 2026), freshly repacked wheel bearings, a fully recoated roof (spring 2026), and a bright, fully repainted interior. During recent interior updates, the wall paneling around the slide-out was redone with completely replaced and upgraded wall insulation, revealing clean, solid framing with zero signs of water intrusion. It is road-ready to tow home today and includes a weight distribution hitch and anti-sway setup.

The bad: On our trip to Alabama I smashed the A/C on a low clearance bar...embarrassing, I know. The A/C unit needs to be replaced (Houghton A3501 - $1,000) and I don't feel like messing with it. Unfortunately the damage to the A/C has made the roof vulnerable to rain, so it needs to get under a roof or have the A/C replaced ASAP. I have it double covered with tarps/plastic for the short-term. Also needing replaced is the awning fabric ($125 off Amazon). The arms/actuator work, but the fabric is shredded. Everything else in the camper is in perfect working condition!

The camper is being sold 'as is'
and is priced well below market value to reflect the two needed items (A/C and awning fabric) and my eagerness to get it sold before winter.
