Were selling our 06 Tiffin Phaeton 35DH with two slides. It has the C7 Caterpillar and 6 speed Allison transmission with 64,110 miles. The generator is a 7500 watt diesel generator with 953 hours and has been serviced with Amsoil and Wix fuel and oil filters. It has Koni shocks, the Saf-T-Steer steering stabilizer, a new rear rooftop a/c, new dash a/c, and a new wet bay floor. The coach water pump is brand new. The microwave, which is convection and has an air fryer, is less than two years old. The Michelin steer tires are 5 1/2 years old and the Michelin drive tires are 4 1/2 years old. Two years ago, the rear radiator was removed and cleaned. There were no issues - we did it out of an abundance of caution. All hoses and the water pump was replaced. Caterpillar parts were used. Bearings on the fan clutch, idler pulleys, and belt tensioner were replaced with Timken bearings at the same time. All engine and generator belts are Gates belts. The refrigerator and inverter are three years old. The motorhome is very solid. We just returned from a trouble-free, 1800 mile trip. It does have some clear coat issues and a couple windows are hazy. It is located in Temple, Texas. Please let me know if you have any questions.
