Project for someone with handy skills.

First the Bad:
This summer a roof seam at the front corner leaked (about 1 sq ft of roof needs repair). You cant see any damage inside other than a line, but theres a musty smell in the front, and water got into the front wall, and down to the storage compartment so theres some mold behind the panels, and some flooring needs to be repaired. Two shops quoted ~$8,000 (~$1,700 parts, 32 hrs labor) to open the front wall, replace the affected panels and insulation, and reseal the roof corner. Otherwise its in excellent condition, but obviously it's sold As-Is.

The Good:
I put a lot of money into this trailer. Starting with a ProPride $3700 hensley hitch (look it up to find out why anyone would pay that much for a hitch. It makes driving easy), and SOLAR PANELS on roof.

It also has:
- A/C
- the country white interior
- 12V Fridge
- Stove/Oven/Microwave

Aside from the "Bad", this Jayco looks great, and it smelled like new until this summer. It's been under a roof for a month now. Local only please, so you can come take a look yourself. I wish I had the time (and skills).
