Weve outgrown this model, the kids have gotten older and moved on so its time for a change. This ones definitely a memory maker, lots of great times with family and friends in here. Comfortably sleeps 5 could squeeze 1-2 more if necessary. Eating with a group of 6-7 inside was no issue either.

Overall the camper is in great condition, it does the normal decal fade/peeling of a 9 year old camper in the south but thats simply cosmetics.

This summer I resealed the roof, replaced one of the vent covers due to being cracked. I also replaced all 4 tires due to age for the one trip we took it out on last spring.

Last year we replaced the sofa due to the vinyl peeling, the seat in the dinette and the bunk room couch are finally peeling (a known issue for these years).

Ive added a wet bolt kit to the suspension, added two screw jacks to the back bumper to eliminate the bounce from the bunk room. Installed the Moore Ryder fold down steps to make getting in and out easier. Other modifications include creating more storage space in the basement, and additional storage for sewer pipes.

Were the second owners, we purchased in 2019, have had no major issues. AC works great, heater as well. Weve had it in the mountains in the winter and the beach in the summer and lived rather comfortably.

Asking the KBB price.
