This RV has been a lot of fun! My wife and I have been to Alaska, Vancouver Island 3 times, Maine, Tennessee, Texas, Mexico 3 times. and Costa Rica!!. It has been great. But it shows scars from those big trips. Everything is still functional, but could use some help cosmetically. I think its priced to give you room to take care of the issues. Or you could just enjoy it as is.
