2013 Kodiak 242resl in great shape! It is an ultra light, weighing right around 5000 lbs. We are its second owner - we've had it for 9 years and enjoyed camping in it but now it's time to let someone else enjoy it. The pictures pretty much show everything. There's a "bear cave" storage area that you can access on the outside from both sides. We've added some features including an electric tongue jack and a lithium battery, some extra storage drawers and a table that lifts up to use as a dining table.
