Any recalls (including the Mercedes Diesel environmental system) have always been addressed by Sears Imported Auto/Mercedes Sprinter in Minneapolis.

Notes:
Always stored inside when not being driven (about 8 months of the year)
Since we live in South Texas and store inside, the Via has not been winterized.
Lots of keys for the coach - two ignition key fobs with remote lock/unlock of driver door
All original coach appliance manuals included, in original bag, as well as any critical service records.
This motorhome has never been in an accident. A scrape on the driver's side rear upper corner was professionally repaired (painted) in 2024

Known Issues:
3-way frig no longer works on 12v as of summer 2026 (propane and 110v Elec work fine).
