OVERVIEW 

Two owners, current since 2025. The 20FB is the big single-axle Caravel: front twin-long bed, mid-cabin bath, galley kitchen, booth dinette that makes a spare bed. Excellent to like-new — no dents, no hail, no accidents, no water damage, ever. Leak-tested in 2025; towed September 2026.

EXTERIOR

 Aluminum excellent — no dents, nicks or cracks; one scuff (3" x 1") by the door. Roof, skylights and hatches tight. Three Zip Dee awnings in good condition. Windows, seals and door excellent. Subfloor and belly pan damage-free. Honest wear: tiny screen-door tear, propane-cover rub scratch, light rust on chain rings, breakaway plate and battery box.

 INTERIOR 

Like new. Twin-long bed, very comfortable, always under a mattress pad — no stains. Dinette cushions plump, light surface scratches only. Walls, ceiling and flooring excellent. All lights and fans work. LG TV, Sony Blu-ray, Media Master stereo. Non-smoking; owner had cats — no pet damage or odors noted. 

KITCHEN & BATH 

Galley kitchen: Contoure 3-burner cooktop, Baraldi range hood, convection microwave, 4.1 cu ft Nova Kool 12V electric fridge. Mid-cabin bath, stainless sink, separate shower. Dealer-installed Nature's Head composting toilet (new in 2025) — a standard flush toilet can be reinstalled anytime; the black tank is capped and has never been used. Girard tankless water heater (electric/propane). Tanks: 23 fresh / 30 gray / 18 black. Zero leaks, ever.

 POWER & CLIMATE 

30-amp service. 200W solar with Victron controller and Progressive Dynamics inverter. Dometic Quietstream A/C (13,500 BTU) with heat strip, plus a Dometic furnace. Two 20-lb LP tanks, automatic regulator; LP leak-tested in 2025. 7-way plug replaced May 2026. 

TOWING & RUNNING GEAR

 Single axle: 3,975 lbs dry, 5,000 GVWR, 565 hitch, 1,025 payload. Goodyear Endurance tires (ST225/75R15), good tread, age unknown, plus full-size spare. Self-adjusting electric drum brakes, inspected 2025; Nev-R-Lube sealed bearings. No weight-distribution hitch. Seller states 100% safe to tow today. HISTORY No accidents, ever. Nothing outside needed repair; inside, only a door hinge pin and spice-cabinet latch replaced. Only modification: the composting toilet. Never winterized by the current owner.
