This is a great trailer for first time RV'rs or a family. Overall easy to tow and set up. This model has a front queen bed, a dining table that converts to a bed, pull out couch, and a bunk house. There is a full kitchen inside and an exterior kitchen with fridge. A bike rake has been added to the back. All sewer lines are included.

We took this RV on maybe a dozen trips once to Michigan, South Carolina, and Tennessee and then various places throughout Florida, so overall very little mileage. The RV was lived in for approximately 2 years in a local park. It has been deep cleaned inside and out.

The awning and tires are new. The couch and dining seats have new washable covers. The queen mattress is in great condition and has a cover on it. An egg crate is included for the dining table bed. The bunk house mattresses are original and clean, and one egg crate is included. The roof has been nearly completely replaced, and the repairs were completed at a local RV dealer.
