2004 Coachmen Concord 235SO Class B plus motorhome with
29,900 original miles. I'm the second owner of this coach. This unit runs, rides, drives like a brand new rv, lots of maintenance work has been done in the last 2 years. Roof was resealed in 2024, 6 new Firestone Commercial tires all new brakes up front, new coach and chassis batteries, new awning, just did an oil change on it before my last road trip.
This thing is CLEAN inside and loaded with desirable features not found on many other Class B platforms.
Solid oak cabinetry, cedar lined closet, powered entry steps, solid surface countertops, glass shower, onan 4k micro quiet generator full aluminum structure, to name a few. This floor plan has a Single slide on drivers side with cover also. Powered by the famous Ford V10 on the E450 chassis. All systems work great and l've personally put almost 1k travel miles on it this year and it does fantastic. Averages 10-13mpg usually with the air on and cruise set. The decals have some fading in spots, $30,000 cash or cashiers check owns it.
