This camper has been well cared for and is in excellent overall condition. Everything functions as it should, with no leaks, no water damage, and no known mechanical issues. The only item needing attention is the fabric piece of the electric awning, which will need to be replaced. The awning motor and mechanism work properly. The fabric simply deteriorated and was removed. Replacement fabric is readily available and typically costs under $300.

If you've been looking for a solid, lightly used camper without the price tag of buying new, this one checks a lot of boxes. We'd love to see it go to someone who's excited to make plenty of memories with it.
