This is a finished off-grid build. Everything is installed and working, and the gear comes with it. Hitch up and camp this weekend.
Factory equipment: off-road lift kit, roof rails, factory-installed Rhino Rack 270° Batwing awning, air conditioner with heat strip, roof vent fan, exterior slide-out kitchen with stove, stereo, cable hookup, front tongue storage box, rear receiver rated to 100 lbs.
Power and solar: 314Ah LiFePO4 house battery, Renogy Rover 20A MPPT controller, Renogy 500A battery monitor with shunt, 200W portable solar suitcase (put the panel in the sun, park the trailer in the shade), marine-grade solar pass-through port, Starlink pass-through with power converter and cutoff switch, 30A shore cord with surge protector.
Kitchen: brand new BougeRV CRS42 42-quart AC/DC compressor fridge, folding camp kitchen table modified with a Joolca bracket mount, 20lb propane tank mounted to the front plus a 5lb portable for the Joolca.
Water and facilities: complete Joolca Hottap Nomad for on-demand hot water showers and dish cleanup with double shower and changing tent, extra hoses, and an upgraded power pack that runs the heater off DC or a portable power station. WaterPort 4-gallon tank with exterior hang point, plus a 10-gallon wheeled tank modified with quick-connect fittings. Portable cassette toilet included. No plumbed fresh, gray, or black tanks, which means no winterizing, no sanitizing, no tank sensors to fail, and no frozen lines in shoulder season.
Shelter and living: Ironman 4x4 awning room fitted to the rear ramp, ramp legs that convert the ramp into a covered porch, inTech screen doors for both the side and rear doors, Gekko Popout Cover (4-layer insulated, reversible black and reflective, blackout, straps on in five minutes), queen bed conversion with folding queen mattress, L-track throughout the interior.
Also included: interlocking DeWalt TSTAK and Craftsman VersaStack storage rolling box with wheels and pull handle, large, medium, and three-drawer four spare Batwing knuckles, leveling blocks, and wheel chocks.
Condition: everything works. No leaks, no accident history, clean Ohio title, all manuals and paperwork. Two bent awning legs were replaced with new factory Rhino Rack parts, and the galley door latch with a new inTech part. We traveled with two large dogs deep cleaned, but worth knowing if you're sensitive to dander.
