2021 Grand Design Solitude S-Class 3540GK-R - Exceptionally Clean, Stored Under Roof, New Tires

Purchased new from Dixie RV and towed only 4,800 miles since, documented in my towing log. If you've been shopping used fifth wheels and walking away from tired units with soft floors, sun-baked decals, and water stains, this is the one worth driving to see.

OWNERSHIP AND CARE
In six years of ownership this camper has been towed 4,800 miles total, and I have the log to back it up. It has spent roughly 80% of the year under a roof, out of the Tennessee sun and weather. It has been connected to shore power 100% of the time, so nothing has sat dormant. It has never been smoked in and has never had pets inside. No cosmetic damage and no structural damage. New tires installed August 2026, and the factory mattress was replaced with an upgraded aftermarket mattress. Clean title in hand, no lien.

FLOORPLAN
The 3540GK-R is Grand Design's grand kitchen layout: private front bedroom with a king bed and full closet, mid-ship bathroom with a one-piece fiberglass shower and glass door, a center kitchen built around a large island with solid surface counters, and a rear living room with power reclining theater seating and an electric fireplace. Three power slides open it up to a genuinely residential footprint. 91 gallons fresh, 100 gray, 53 black, and a 29-foot power patio awning.
