Very nice lightly used 5th wheel. When not in use, it is stored in a climate controlled garage. Open floor plan with lots of storage. Very clean and ready to go. Electric jacks and stabilizers. Dual a/cs. Water heater is gas or electric. Used approximately 3 weeks a year. Electric awning has probably been extended only 3 days. I pull it easily with my 6 cylinder 1/2 ton truck.
