Hello adventure and comfortable camping! Enjoy sleeping comfortably in a quiet space, functional kitchen, save money cooking great food you love, having your own bathroom/shower. Takes me just a few minutes to get settled wherever I would camp.

Everything is operational and the van is in good overall condition. It has normal minor cosmetic wear/scratches from use but probably much less than most.

- The house batteries were replaced 3 months ago so theres a nice long charge
- Got a brand new high quality fridge 3 month ago that sucks less power than most.
- Brand new tires in October 2025
- That is a lot of new expensive things that were recently installed so you dont have to worry about replacing them any time soon.
- Generator: approx. 483 hours, well maintained, including regular oil maintenance. Should probably last 5,000+ hours if you keep up with maintenance
- The sink glass cover is not there anymore but everything in the kitchen is still functional
- Theres 3 x 2-3 inches scratches on the exterior paint
- It can be set up to have two separate beds (walkway in the middle which is convenient to go pee at night), or you can instead set it up as a king size bed.
- I bought it from La Mesa RV in San Diego, Oct. 2025 at approximately 52,000 miles
- Its has no mold issues and no leaks
- I have these too if you want them: Cargo carrier that goes off the back trailer hitch, bike rack, 30 amp cord to 30 amp or 110 amp plugins, engine coolant, water hose, black/grey dump hose, levelers, etc.

Ive genuinely loved having this van. It gave me a ton of freedom to travel, visit friends, spend more time in nature, and have my own comfortable home wherever I went. Im only selling it because Im moving overseas.
