Priced thousands below book value at $8,500 for a quick, hassle-free, as-is sale!
We are the original owners of this 2015 Dutchmen Kodiak 240BHSL bunkhouse travel trailer and have taken meticulous care of its structure and exterior since day one. At 27 feet long and roughly 5,000 lbs dry weight, it is incredibly easy to tow and fits into almost any campsite.
If you are handy or don't mind putting in a little weekend work to tune it up, you will walk away with a dry, beautifully maintained family camper. The roof and floor are rock-solid with zero history of water damage and this trailer has been kept covered and fully winterized every single winter since we bought it brand new. The dual-axle tires are in great condition and ready for the highway today. Weight distribution hitch included. Features double bunk beds, a private front queen bed, and a spacious U-shaped dinette slide-out. The fridge, heater, stove, microwave, and water heater all function perfectly.
The U-shaped dinette slide works but comes out at an angle. To remediate the issue, the mechanism needs physical, manual assistance when being extended.
