This camper has been in storage due to medical issues. It recently had service to ensure that roof is sealed properly and that all systems are in working order. I have included that invoice in the pictures. The awning will need to be re-attached to rail on the camper as it has come loose but is stored for travel and the material is new. It just needs to be re-attached to rail on camper side to open properly for use. While very close to being ready for a trip this camper will need a bit of love to be 100% ready for travel. I am not certain of the exact state of all systems as I am physically unable to complete these tasks as I did in the past. We purchased this camper in December of 2023 and took an amazing trip from Georgia to Maine over the following summer. Everything worked great and I have tons of pics of this camper up the east coast. Shortly after this trip I became confined to a wheelchair and it is time to let this beauty go. It will be great as a traveling trailer or a home at an amazing price if that is your preference. Price reflects these potential costs as I understand that a series of small repairs can add up quickly and I cannot supervise or complete these myself any longer.
