This is a loaded coach, not a stock unit. The differentiator is the off-grid electrical system: a full roof of solar, a large lithium bank, and a Victron inverter setup, plus Starlink, a full washer and dryer, and a clean interior ready to show.

Condition

Factory and service history
Last year the unit was at the Brinkley factory for about two months. That visit covered the sidewall crack remediation common on Z-series coaches, other warranty and recall items, a factory review of the entire RV, work Brinkley deemed necessary, new tires, and a replacement hitch (CURT H-Lux). Those tires have about 4,000 miles on them. Note: Brinkley has been AMAZING to work with.

This summer, before the coach went into covered storage, chassis work underneath and the ACs were serviced. Earlier records include a 2024 bedroom AC replacement under warranty and November 2024 maintenance. Copies of the factory work, the recent fridge / AC / maintenance invoices, and the 2024 warranty work are available to a serious buyer.

Warranty please read this as written
A premium aftermarket service contract is still in force and provides broad coverage while we own the coach. Remaining factory and component coverage stays with the unit as applicable.

The contract was presented as transferable at purchase. We have reviewed it. The main coverage is not a clean transfer to a new owner, so we will not market this coach as coming with a transferable extended warranty - HOWEVER...

What we will do: a serious buyer can have the coach inspected before closing. If that inspection finds warrantable issues, we will have those addressed before closing. We will reimburse the inspection if you purchase the unit (final terms and conditions to be agreed upon).

Towing vehicle (optional not required to buy the RV)
White 2023 GMC Sierra Denali 3500HD Duramax diesel, approximately 79,000 miles, with a B&W custom fifth-wheel hitch. It can be packaged with the Brinkley or sold separately after the RV sells. This fifth wheel needs a one-ton; this truck already has the hitch and the capacity.
