If you're looking for a clean, comfortable travel trailer that's ready to use, this 2020 Heartland Prowler 240RB is worth a look. It has been well cared for, everything is in good working order, and it has a great layout for a couple or small family.

One of my favorite things about the 240RB is the non-slide floorplan. You still get plenty of room inside without having to deal with the added maintenance and moving parts of a slide.

The layout includes a private queen bedroom up front, a large rear bathroom with a spacious shower, sofa, booth dinette, and a full kitchen. It comfortably sleeps up to 4.

Features include:
Private queen bedroom
Large rear bathroom with shower
Sofa and booth dinette
Sleeps up to 4
3-burner stove with oven
Microwave
Large refrigerator/freezer
Ducted A/C
Furnace
Power awning
Plenty of interior storage
Exterior storage
Tandem axle
Non-slide floorplan

The camper is clean inside and out and has been well maintained. Everything is in good working order and it is ready to camp not a project that needs to be put back together before you can enjoy it.

I purchased it in 2023 and have enjoyed owning it, but I simply don't use it enough anymore to justify keeping it. I'm hoping it goes to someone who will get more use out of it.

Clean Texas title in hand with no lien, which makes for an easy sale and transfer.
