Condition & Known Repairs Please Read:
We want to be completely transparent about the condition so prospective buyers know exactly what they are purchasing. The trailer is smoke-free, and the roof and seals have been maintained. The following items need attention, and we are not planning to repair them before the sale:

Power converter: Needs to be replaced.
Outdoor shower: Faucet fixture needs to be replaced.
Entry seat/shoe storage: Lid needs to be re-secured with screws.
Dinette seat: Edge is broken and needs to be re-secured or the affected piece replaced.
Slide-out: Small amount of water damage at the bottom corner of the slide-out.
Tires: Original tires with average wear. Buyer should evaluate their age and condition before towing.

Entertainment system/speakers: We have not recently verified every component, so operation should be confirmed by the buyer.

The appliances and other major systems have been functioning, but buyers are encouraged to inspect and test the trailer thoroughly before purchase.

Our loan is currently held through OCCU (Oregon Community Credit Union). For everyone's protection, we will coordinate the final paperwork, bill of sale, and funds exchange directly through a local OCCU branch.
