Bought new in 2019. Toilet valve sprung a leak while I had it at set up at Harrisburg East Campground Harrisburg Pa and got sent to a job in Chicago temporarily. When Ingot back and realized the damage, I ripped out the floor, and mb bedframe, rebraced everything with aluminum bracing and havent had the time to finish it out. I have the new lvt floor panels, just havent put them in. Life has only gotten busier and I really dont have time to finish it out, so letting it go at a discount.

Im a reasonable person listing it at a reasonable price based on what its worth minus a generous amount to cover remaining repairs. Its an awesome RV and pretty rare for the layout.
