Sleeps 9 with U-Shaped dinette table that converts to a full size bed, full size bunk beds, one queen size bed with added memory foam for comfort, the couch folds out into a small bed. A lot of storage on the side and top of master bed, under dinette, above sink, above fridge, below TV, a large pantry, storage in the bathroom vanity, pass through storage under the queen size bed, and outside storage under the bunk beds. Rinse kit/shower on the outside of the trailer. Rear storage rack. Includes equalizer and tow hitch. Two brand new 6 volt batteries in series (12 Volt) for more amp hours. Switch to turn off batteries. Slide out with awning protection. New Dometic 320 Ceramic bowl toilet (much better than the plastic toilets they come with). Rear Swivel Casters to prevent rear end from scraping when bottoming out. Sewer hoses. Leveling blocks. Mounted TV. 1 Memory foam on bunk beds for added comfort. A lot of USB ports for charging. Blue mood lights above the slide out and under the counter. Very clean and well maintained.
Will also include the large outdoor camping rug to keep the dirt out of the trailer. Not sure how old the tires are. The tires have tread, but probably time to replace them. The plumbing is all brand new as well as the grey and black tanks (never used). The laminate on the dinette table top came off a few years ago, so we painted the top, but it has scratches. We typically use a table cloth, so we don't see that part. We are located in Mission Viejo. Asking $14,000 OBO. Please reach out to us with any questions.
