We are selling our Winnebago. Retired now and downsizing to one for only two people. This is a wonderful R.V. for a family or a group of men going hunting. It has a queen bed in the private bedroom, two full size bunk beds and a pull out couch making a queen bed as well as a dinette that can be converted into a bed. The two large slide outs make the interior like a spacious room. Kitchen has an island and is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven , propane stove and microwave. The entertainment center can be enjoyed from the couch and the dinette, or swiveled around for the bedroom. Lots of storage. Full bathroom has a shower inside as well as an exterior one, and bathroom has its own exterior door . Electrical, plumbing and LP heat are all in good working order. We replaced the hot water heater in early 2025. Overhead AC was working last time I had it plugged in. Interior is beautiful and in very good condition except for a few small damages (a hole in the sofa leather and a minor damaged kick plate below the refrigerator. The exterior has sun fade on the front and left side and a couple of fiberglass bubbles on the front face from sun heat (see picture). The awning has sun damage on the top few exposed inches (zoom into awning picture). We will use KeySavvy for financial transactions to keep all parties safe.
