2008 Winnebago Access 31J Bunkhouse 71K Miles $14,500 OBO
Clean title in hand.

Everything operates as it should, including both slide-outs, appliances and coach systems. Onan generator has approximately 1,100 hours and runs well.

This is an older motorhome and does have several known issues, all of which are being disclosed and are reflected in the asking price:

* Linoleum/flooring damage occurred when the motorhome was not properly level while retracting a slide.
* Rear slide-out canopy/end-cap mounting hole is elongated and needs repair.
* Tree-limb damage to the rear passenger-side corner caused cracked exterior skin and a cracked interior bedroom wall panel.
* Driver-side rear corner joint and rear bumper were damaged after scraping a gas-station bollard.
* Wood behind the exterior skin at the damaged rear corner appears to have water damage, extent unknown. The area has been temporarily patched with bytrol tape.

This 18-year-old RV is a good-running, fully functional and dependable Winnebago with the desirable bunkhouse layout. It would be a good fit for someone whois comfortable taking care of the disclosed body and cosmetic repairs.

$14,500 OBO. Price reflects estimated repair costs and current condition. Sold as-is with known issues disclosed.
