We have only used it a few times, its in excellent condition. Everything works as it should. We replaced the dinet and duel recliner with an 11 foot premium boneless couch to add comfort and a home feel. We also added a Brand new queen size Nectar mattress in the bed room. Large power awning with LED lighting. It has a Pro Pride P3 weight distribution/anti sway hitch on it that I will sell with it for and additional $2k.
