2nd owner of this VERY low mileage gem. This has never been used for travel. Has been parked essentially its whole life. Very well maintained with lots of recent upgrades. We purchased late early spring 2025 and parked on our property for our son to live in while in a college program for a year. (This trailer originally lived in Nevada City,CA as a temporary weekend get away and was parked there since new).
Upgrades include: Added new bedroom A/C, installed slide covers on all three slides, replaced all interior lights three function switches, added a keyless entry, installed a portable advanced water filtration system, installed a brand new water pump, added a hitch-pin stand, and built a custom 8x8 pressure treated/composite deck that comes with trailer in this ad. All systems work perfectly and this trailer is in very good condition.
