Its hard to say goodbye to this one! I purchased this trailer brand new in January 2021, and it has served me well for the past several years. It is very cared for, has been kept clean, and is maintained often.
This little guy has a practical layout with a lot of functionalitypacked into a smaller, affordable trailer, with plenty of great, simple, and useful features.

  About the Exterior!
  Huge storage space on outside connecting from one side to the other and a rear garage space for outdoor kitchen or additional storage.
  Unfortunately, the awning came off during a storm, but fortunately was no damage to the actual trailer! The mounting holes were sealed immediately to prevent any potential water damage yet the was never replaced due to minimal usage. Suggested to install a new higher quality awning than the factory version, or you leave it as-is!
  The roof was replaced for regular maintenance in 2024. Roof seals were checked and maintained yearly before the rain season to avoid any water damage. Shocks and breaks checked every 1-2 yearly.
  
  About the Interior!
  The best Springdale layout youll find. (Refer to video at end of listing.) so much good stuff to say! A/C works amazing. Tons of kitchen space the long counter is the best. Blacked out shades for mornings you need to sleep in. Murphy bed than transforms to comfy chillin couch. Room to lay on floor and stretch out. Convertible dinette for when you have a friend/kid around and need an extra sleeping space (56 and shorter). So much storage space under dinette seats and plenty of drawers for storage. Microwave was removed due to radiation, non-use, and to create additional storage space (for air fryer, toaster over, or coffee station.) Shower has been very rarely used and remains in excellent condition. Toilet could use replacementsuggest the hard cover version. Plenty of storage under sink and behind the mirror.
  
  
  Overall!
  This is a very clean and thoughtfully cared for trailer. Ive taken pride in keeping it clean and maintained, and Im hoping to find an independent or couple who will enjoy it as much as I have.
