This low mileage, compact, lightweight trailer, is a one owner trailer. We bought this trailer new in June of 2021. It is very well balanced and pulls very nicely on our GMC 1500 Pickup. It has always been stored in a climate controlled shop, and has only been outside for our away from home excursions. It has never had anyone in it but my wife and I, neither has it been loaned out. Extremely well kept and clean! It is also boondocks ready with its 200W solar panel on the roof, coupled with 2 batteries. On our last trip, after a 6 hour trip in the daylight, our batteries were still at 75% upon arriving home with the refrigerator running. It also has theater sitting recliners instead of the sofa. A cozy electric fireplace is something we often use in place of the gas water. A portable matching table is also included. Trailer also comes with a portable tire monitoring system. This is very helpful in hot weather! I estimate the tires to be around 60%. A clear, clean, lien free title is in hand. This trailer has never been involved in an accident or had any water leaks that we are aware of exteriorly.
